National and international bodies collaborating
with the Mills Archive
We are collaborating with major national and regional archives
and mill-related bodies to share information. These include:
The National Monuments Record and the Muggeridge Collection
both contain very large numbers of mill-related photographs.
We have worked with them to digitise parts of their collections
and to integrate the detail into our catalogue. For example,
their pictures of Dorset and Nottinghamshire mills have been
included in our catalogue as part of the Mills
Archive Online project.
UK regional mills groups supporting the
Mills Archive
The Mills Archive is also working with a number of regional
mills groups in the UK to provide in-depth coverage of parts
of the UK.
